Welcome to my writer’s blog
I’m starting this new blog because I’m getting back into writing. I hope to retire in another few years and I need projects to retire to. It can’t all be watching Star Trek reruns with snacks and AC. I have a novel to work on and ideas to share and I’m going to see how it goes. But I’m officially taking on the WRITER label again. It’ll keep me away from the pickleball and bingo! 🙂

I’ve been a community college English professor for almost three decades. I’ve been focused on the work of teaching and managing an academic life. Before that I was focused on finishing graduate school and finding a job. Now I’m turning back to my own writing. It’s never too late to begin again.
